- a resource centre with photocopier, fax, telephone, high speed Internet, typing service, and a resource library
Workshop topics include:
- resume and cover letter writing
- hidden job markets
- networking
- cold calling
- interview skills
- a variety of additional employment-related issues

- 18 years and older
- who are legally entitled to work in Canada
- and are in receipt of Employment Insurance (EI) benefits
