This is the Central Triage Department for Community Accessible Rehabilitation (CAR). Referrals that meet CAR criteria for amputee, musculoskeletal, neurological, and rheumatological rehabilitation or pre-driving assessments to be sent here.

The CAR Central Access & Triage department receives referrals for multiple service streams.

Specific referral criteria are found in the InformAlberta profiles for:

  1. Community Accessible Rehabilitation (CAR) - Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation, including Rheumatology
  2. Community Accessible Rehabilitation (CAR) - Neurological Rehabilitation, including Amputee
  3. Community Accessible Rehabilitation (CAR) - Pre-Driving Assessment
