- Offers the ability for underemployed youth with autism to gain skills to ready them for employment in the digital economy.
Service provides:
- a free program for underemployed autistic youth to gain skills to ready them for employment in the digital economy
- a mixture of 4 months of in-class training (in-person and virtual) and 2 months of paid work-integrated learning using the additional supports of career coaches and innovative assistive technology
- opportunities for employers to host a participant for internship (paid for by the program), to receive support when hosting, and to receive training and free consultative services whether or not they host a participant, to make their workplaces more inclusive to those with autism

- Yes, Service targeted to:
- 18 to 30 years
- who have been diagnosed or self-diagnosed as autistic
- are a citizen, permanent resident, or refugee in Canada
- can legally work in Canada
- are confident using a personal computer (PC) and software programs
- who will not be employed, in a transitional program, in training, or enrolled in school at the start of the program or for the duration of the program
- and who can stick to routines, is ready to learn new skills, and motivated to find long-term employment in the digital economy
