Each attended centre accepts donations of household items in working order such as:
- clothing, shoes, and boots
- housewares and small appliances
- toys

Does not accept the following items:
- large appliances
- furniture that is exceptionally heavy or upholstered
- furniture that is soiled or damaged
- wet or soiled clothing
- mattresses and bed furniture
- children's items such as cribs, car seats, high chairs, swing sets, and walkers
- barbecues
- hazardous materials such as firearms, ammunition, and chemicals
- console or tube televisions
