Description
Provides professional, culturally appropriate support services for youth, families and schools.

Service offers:

  • culturally relevant youth intervention and family assessment
  • system navigation support
  • community development conversations and dialogue
  • parent and family support to help address challenges when confronting their youths
  • stay in school initiatives by buiding relationships between schools, families and communities
  • a helpline serving all youth that serves as a point of contact for youth, families, school districts and a variety of youth-serving stakeholders
  • referral assistance to promote access to appropriate professional mainstream health and related services
