Description
Provides professional, culturally appropriate support and services for youth, families and schools.

Service offers:

  • a helpline serving all youth that serves as a point of contact for youth, families, school districts and a variety of youth-serving stakeholders
  • professional, culturally relevant youth and family assessments and intervention, including the development of a support plan
  • Stay-In-School initiatives that focus on helping youth remain in and succeed in school
  • parent and family support, including coaching, health counselling, parental guidance, etc.
  • referral assistance to promote access to appropriate professional mainstream health and related services
