Provides training and work experience to find and maintain employment within the retail industry.Service offers:
- 4 weeks of instruction and 2 weeks of work experience in a WINS Family Thrift Store
- experiential learning that fosters personal empowerment and values based professional development

Waiting Period: Yes,Wait period is dependent on the number of applications received. Applications are printed off by order received and all applicants are contacted to set up an in-person interview, a few weeks prior to the start of classes, to determine if the applicant is a good fit for the service. Due to the decrease in class sizes, there is a larger number of applications in the waiting period.
