Service offers:
- an opportunity for youth to train with recreation leaders and volunteer to run summer programs for children
Includes:
- leadership skills development
- opportunities to gain valuable experience
- a letter of recommendation after completion
- the opportunity to volunteer in playground programs at neighbourhood parks involving a variety of activities, such as games, crafts, drama, music, sports, and more
- the opportunity to volunteer in a registered week-long themed program involving sports, drama, science, and field trips
