Service provides:
- assistance to individuals in need who are unable to receive help anywhere else
May include:
- short-term, emergency financial assistance to avoid eviction / utility disconnection, urgent access to prescriptions / medical needs, or emergency accommodation
- assistance with deliveries for isolated individuals who may need supplies / food bank hampers
- Volunteer Ride Program for seniors or those in need to attend medical appointments (due to current public health restrictions, assistance is with paying for a ride with contracted taxi companies or Accessible Transportation Service)
- Volunteer Let's Chat Program - check-in phone calls by a volunteer for those identified as experiencing social isolation, including seniors
- Help Closet - assistance with basic needs / toiletries / winter gear / technology access
- assistance with emergency food and emergency transportation
- Furniture Donation Program - furniture to assist those in need who are re-establishing their residence and have low income
- yard maintenance
- occasional tutoring and childcare

- residents of Spruce Grove, Stony Plain, and Parkland County
- who have low income
- and are unable to access other resources, including government programs
