Service provides:

  • information and support to help individuals living with diagnosed or suspected dementia and their families learn about dementia and access assistance

May include:

  • 1-on-1 or group support
  • referrals to local health care providers and community services
  • opportunities to meet other people in similar circumstances and exchange experiences
  • help with future plans
