Offers in person and online opportunities for family members and care partners to talk with others going through the same situations when dealing with a loved one who has Alzheimer's disease or dementia.

Service provides:

  • in person and online opportunities for family members and care partners to talk with others going through the same situations when dealing with a loved one who has Alzheimer's disease or dementia

Includes:

  • trained leaders who facilitate discussion among group members
  • opportunity to share experiences and offer support, practical suggestions, and encouragement to one another
  • specialized groups such as for persons with memory impairment, adult children, and male care partners, may be available
  • support groups for people living with Young Onset Dementia (diagnosed under age 65) and their family members

  • people living with dementia
  • family members and care partners of a person who has Alzheimer's disease or dementia
Separate groups available for care partners and people living with dementia.
