- This central access referral service provides a single point of entry for patients who require assessments and pain management and are referred to by clinicians.
We provide a referral service for clinicians who need to refer adults to a pain management clinic for issues such as:
- Low Back Pain (with radiculopathy)
- Herpetic Neuralgia
- Fibromyalgia
- Arthritis (osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis)
- Neck pain
- Shoulder pain
- Peripheral neuropathy
- Myofascial pain syndrome
- Spondyloarthropathies (i.e. ankylosing spondylitis)
This service schedules patients into the following clinics for Initial assessment:
- Lifemark Pain Clinic
- Kaye Pain Clinic
- Misericordia Hospital Pain Clinic
