- the hearing of all Children's Services matters including private guardianship applications and all other services under the Youth and Family Enhancement Act, Protection of Sexually Exploited Children Act, Protections of Children Abusing Drugs Act, Drug Endangered Children Act, and Protection against Family Violence Act
