Provides hearing of claims up to $50,000.00 to assist individuals in handling their legal disputes without the need to hire a lawyer.

Service offers:

  • the hearing of claims up to $50,000.00 (subject to some restrictions) for people handling their legal disputes without hiring a lawyer

Claims can include:

  • civil claims, subject to Provincial Statutory restrictions
  • applications for landlords and tenants under the Residential Tenancies Act and Mobile Home Sites Tenancies Act
