- Offers support to immigrant women to increase their confidence and learn about returning to work, changing jobs, foreign qualifications, and going back to school.
Service offers:
- opportunities in class to practice difficult situations such as job interviews and telephone skills
- assistance in discovering the hidden job market and networking potential
- information about community agencies and services
- opportunity to further develop English language skills
- employment counselling
- free child care for children age 6 months to 6 for program participants

- Yes, Service targeted to:
- immigrant women preparing for their future in Canada, regardless of status: permanent residents, refugees, refugee claimant, citizens, or work permit
- participants must commit to one day per week for seven weeks
- minimum Canadian language benchmark of 3-4 in order to benefit from the program
