Description
Provides unique programs for older adults looking to get out and connect with new people within the community.

Service provides:

  • support¬†for older adults to meet new people and connect to the community to decrease social isolation and increase thier well-being

Programming includes:

  • Community Lunch Club (held biweekly and includes lunch and either a do-it-yourself (DIY) project or education session)
  • a variety of stand alone activites such as chair yoga, flower arranging, and DIY bath salts
Key Provider: programming and life skills co-ordinators
