- Provides a training program for youth covering employability skills training, work experience, career counselling and benefit support.
Service offers:
- Group Based Employability Skills (GBES) : provides essential skills to youth to help them find employment, evolve with their job and adapt to workplace change
- Work Experience (WE): 12 weeks developing employability and occupational skills through practical, on the job experience. Placements will be in non-profit organizations, ethno-cultural organizations, private businesses and educational institutes
- minimum wage benefit support for the duration of the program
- career counselling

- refugees, permanent residents or low income Canadian citizens between the ages of 15 to 30 years old
- individuals not receiving Employment Insurance (EI)
- individuals actively looking for employment
- individuals committed to completing 3 months of Group Based Employability Skills and 3 months of work experience
