Provides support to youth, parents and caregivers with skill development and connection.

Service offers:

  • program for youth and their caregivers to work with a family preservation worker on various goals and skills

Includes support with:

  • life skills and communication
  • healthy boundaries and self-care
  • family mediation and conflict resolution
  • meaningful daily activities
  • mentorship sessions
  • support plans for educational goals
  • information and referrals

Affiliation: Partnered with the Family Resource Network.

Eligibility
Yes, Service targeted to:
  • parents and / or caregivers
  • and their children age 14 to 17 years
Families must not have Government of Alberta - Ministry of Children's Services involvement.
