Residential Programs

Service provides:

• supports to individuals with developmental disabilities and their caregivers

Includes:

• daily and hourly respite programs - allows clients, parents, and caregivers a bit of a break on an hourly basis or for 24 hour periods at a respite home
• Supported Independent Living (SIL) / Outreach - hourly in-home support for clients who live on their own to do meal preparation, budgeting, grocery shopping, home maintenance planning, and more
• support homes - clients can live in a supported roommate situation and pay room and board; a support home may be required on a permanent basis, or clients may work to living on their own by building independence skills

• individuals who qualify for support from Persons with Developmental Disabilities (PDD) or Family Support for Children with Disabilities (FSCD)

• referral from Persons with Developmental Disabilities (PDD) or Family Support for Children with Disabilities (FSCD) required

Wait times may vary depending on openings and funding.

$100.00 per month for 15 hours and more of agency services a week. $65.00 per month for less than 15 hours of agency services a week. Room and board costs for support homes are agreed upon by the client and the support home provider. Contact for details.
