Offers a 4-week virtual course that assists caregivers to balance their own well-being with the challenges of caregiving.

Service provides:

  • a virtual course for caregivers to learn how to balance well-being and caregiving

Includes:

  • 1 session per week
  • recognition of strengths, needs, and challenges experienced while caring for a loved one
  • encouragement to shift mindset to achieve wellness and balance
  • strengthening of communication and building relationships
  • tips and tools to build resilience and increase confidence

Facilitators are trained by Caregivers Alberta.
