- a virtual course for caregivers to learn how to balance well-being and caregiving
Includes:
- 1 session per week
- recognition of strengths, needs, and challenges experienced while caring for a loved one
- encouragement to shift mindset to achieve wellness and balance
- strengthening of communication and building relationships
- tips and tools to build resilience and increase confidence
