Wellness Exchange and Mental Health 101 can be adapted for those 12 years and older.

Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST) is only available in-person at the office in Nordic Court. Workshops other than ASIST are available both virtually and in-person at the office or at a facility of the requesting organization.
