- Cold Lake Men's Shed - a place for men to gather and work on projects together
- Outreach - 1-on-1 support for individual seniors in need of help
- Nav-CARE - a support program that pairs trained volunteers with individuals who may be experiencing quality of life concerns because of long term illness and / or declining health
- Meal Program - nutritionally balanced, frozen meals delivered to the client's door
- Cycling Without Age - a ride around the community in an open-air trishaw piloted by volunteers
- Friendly Visiting - matches volunteers with individual seniors to have a regular visit
- Minds In Motion - bi-weekly activity for people with mild to moderate dementia
- transportation to local and out of town medical appointments
