Eligibility
Yes, Service targeted to:
  • 65 years and older
  • who are able to live independently
  • and are within the core need income threshold established by the provincial government; annual gross income must be $35,000.00 or less for a 1 bedroom suite
Applications are assessed based on need for housing with priority of the next available suite going to the applicant in the most need. Applicants 64 years and younger may be considered at the mangement's discretion.
