Service provides:

  • accessible, shared-ride transportation for appointments and daily living activities (such as groceries, banking, respite, or hospice)
  • COVID-19 vaccine transportation

Eligibility
Yes, Town of Vulcan service targeted to:
  • 65 years and older
  • or persons with low mobility or disabilities
Vulcan County service targeted to:
  • 65 years and older
  • persons with low income
  • or persons with low mobility or disabilities
Eligibility may be flexible based on need on a case-by-case basis. Contact for details.

Offers COVID-19 vaccine transportation; after-hour / evening appoinments may be accomodated depending on volunteer availability. COVID-19 vaccination transportation is only offered to the Vulcan Community Health Centre and pharmacies in the Town of Vulcan. Referral Process: No
