- Offers programming for youth and young adults who are living with a mental health and / or addiction challenges.
Service offers:
- wellness-oriented, recovery-focused programming for individuals 16 to 25 years of age who are living with a mental health concern and / or addiction challenges
- opportunities for individuals using a resiliency-oriented, strength-based approach in a group setting
Includes:
- instruction in recreation and leisure skills
- developing enhanced social and personal development skills
- providing an inclusive, non-judgmental safe space
- a range of diverse actvities including social, recreation, and education groups
Affiliation: Partnered with Alberta Health Services (AHS), Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) - Edmonton Region, and YMCA of Northern Alberta. - Eligibility

- 16 to 25 years with addiction and / or mental health challenges
- who do not require ongoing 1-to-1 support to participate in group programs
- and who have the ability to independently navigate safely home if separated from group
