Service offers:
- supports to adults with disabilities that are living independently, assisting the individual in maintaining and enhancing their level of independence
Includes:
- individualized 1-to-1 support
- support on a schedule as determined by the individual being supported
- flexible support at the individual's home and at requested locations (eg: financial institutions, retail stores, medical facilities, leisure / recreational locations, and family / friends' homes)
- building on communication and interaction which facilitates problem solving, and strengthening interpersonal skills
