Service provides:

  • interventions to improve the comprehensive and holistic health of individuals and diverse communities experiencing emotional, mental, physical, or systemic vulnerabilities

Includes:

  • 1-on-1 well-being coaching (virtual and in-person)
  • educational mental health workshops
  • physical activities
  • video resources
  • 1-on-1 or group therapy sessions facilitated by a mental health therapist

  • temporary residents
  • permanent residents
  • Canada-Ukraine Authorization for Emergency Travel (CUAET) visa holders
