- information resource area
- agency referrals
- computer / internet access - there is a computer sign-up sheet to be used during meal times for those needing to connect with family or friends via social media, e-mail, or by phone or for those applying for employment insurance (EI) / Canada Emergency Response benefit (CERB)

- clothing and underwear upon request
The centre is always seeking donations of new items such items as: feminine products, hair brushes, toothbrushes, toothpaste, razors for men and women, shampoo / conditioners, soaps, socks for women size small and medium only, and men and women's underwear.
