Lakeland Family Resource Network

Service provides:

• information, referrals, and advocacy for families
• support through accessible 1-on-1 and community-based programming for parents, caregivers, and their children
• a variety of drop-in, registered programs, activities, and family events
• social connections to increase social support and promote positive connections between children, youth, families and communities

Caregiver education includes:

• Triple-P Positive Parenting
• information on child and youth development
• strengthening family wellness and relationships
• enhancing parenting skills and strategies
• developing positive parent-child relationships

Home visitation includes:

• home visitation for families with children and youth

Child development and well-being programs include:

• early learning and play
• enhancing social and emotional development
• developing positive relationships and self-regulation skills

• parents and caregivers
• children 0 to 18 years

• drop in
• some programs may require an appointment or registration
