  • an evidenced-based home visitation and outreach case management program for women who are living high risk lifestyles and looking to make positive changes in their lives
  • assitance for women who want to build healthy families and prevent future births of children exposed prenatally to alcohol and drugs

Includes:

  • setting goals and identifying steps to achieve them
  • referrals to community resources
  • education and referrals around treatment and family planning options
  • education around fetal alcohol spectrum disorder (FASD)
  • child development information
  • brain development information
  • information about healthy relationships
