Staff enhance the family's capacity to support the growth and development of all members of the family by:
- assisting to clear the obstacles out of Indigenous families' way to ensure they are comfortable seeking and receiving support services
- providing cultural relevant and appropriate resources to caregivers related to the stages of child development, parenting skills, and other knowledge for fostering healthy family development
- supporting families where they live by providing mobile, flexible, and culturally appropriate supports and services
- system navigation and community connection
