Service offers:

• support to all individuals experiencing homelessness

Includes:

• advocacy and support
• assistance with acquiring identification
• help with treatment planning
• transportation to appointments, public health, detox facilities, and more
• help accessing health care, needed prescriptions, and dental care
• referrals to other community agencies
• telephone access to reconnect with family or for employment purposes
• resume assistance
• assistance with income tax
• Women's Wellness Program - ensures all women living in homelessness has access to medical and community health care, including feminine hygiene items, pregnancy tests, and other essential items 
• street outreach

• 18 years and older
• who are experiencing homelessness or near homelessness

• sign in sheet provided

• Employment - Job Placement and Training
• Food and Basic Needs - Transportation
