Service provides:
- support and healthcare services for adults and children with physical and mental disabilities
- behavioural support and care for people with medical needs
Includes:
- Community Access Programs - individualized vocational programs designed for persons with developmental disabilities, including persons with complex behaviours whose needs have not been met through traditional day programs
- Outreach Program - provides room and board, supervision, training and skill development opportunities in private community homes for adults and / or seniors with developmental disabilities and / or mental illness
- Family Support Program - provides full time and relief placement in private host homes for children with developmental and / or physical disabilities or sensory impairment
- Independent Living Program - provides skill development opportunities, service co-ordination, support, guidance, and crisis intervention to adults with developmental disabilities and / or mental illness who live on their own in the community
- Respite Support - provides 24 / 7 respite support to families of individuals with special needs
- Autism Care - supporting individuals with autism and Asperger syndrome from their own homes, in residential care settings, and in the community
- Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD) Program - provides advocacy and support services to adults and youth 13 years and older diagnosed with FASD
