Description
Offers confidential support, education, and advocacy for women who are or have been involved in an abusive relationship.

Service provides:

  • confidential support, education, and advocacy for women who are or have been involved in an abusive relationship
  • a psycho-educational environment where with the opportunity to learn about the numerous issues related to violence in intimate relationships as well as on-going support from group facilitators and fellow participants

Groups are offered in three phases; the first two phases run for 12 weeks and the third phase offers monthly support and follow-up.

  • visit website for groups currently offered
Currently offereing tele-counselling, safety planning, and phone consultations by appointment. An assesment interview is conducted and some individual counselling may be required prior to group participation. New participants are not accepted into an established group.Referral Process: No
