Provides courses to encourage people to recognize and develop their own resourcefulness and awareness to support themselves or their loved one's recovery journey.

Service provides:

  • educational-based approach focused on helping people recognize and develop their own resourcefulness and awareness to support themselves or their loved one's recovery journey

Includes:

  • interactive courses that create a positive learning experience that emphasize connection, hope, and belonging
  • courses that focus on individual's talents and strengths to empower and encourage students
  • courses developed and delivered in partnership with peer supporters who have their own story of a mental health or substance use concern, or who are supporting a loved one

Yes, Service targeted to:
  • 16 years and older
  • who are affected by mental health or addiction and want to explore the recovery journey and their own wellness 
Those who are supporting a loved one and those working in the mental health field are welcome to attend.
