Provides a bridge between an emergency shelter and a woman living on her own.

Service provides:

  • housing to bridge the transition between an emergency shelter and a woman living on her own

Includes:

  • safe, longer term (up to 18 months) apartment-style residences that are part of the spectrum of domestic violence and housing services
  • wrap-around services critical to meeting the needs of women and their children
  • safety
  • intensive case management
  • supports and transition to long-term housing stability
