Provides free courses, training, and education in the areas of mental health and recovery to help people recognize and develop their own resourcefulness and awareness in order to support themselves or their loved one’s recovery journey.

Service provides:

  • free classes on a variety of topics within the field of mental health and recovery
  • peer supporters who are experts by experience - they have their own story of a mental health or substance concern, or are supporting a loved one

Key Provider: peer support workers, social workers, trained facilitators
Eligibility

  • professionals working in the mental health and addiction field
