Service provides:

  • support and guidance to students during instances of conflict with their faculty and the University
  • advocation¬†for the University's processes to be fair and reasonable for students

Includes support for:

  • academic appeals
  • student discipline cases
  • appeals such as plagiarism, cheating, and improper collaboration

Although students are responsible for knowing the policies and procedures of MacEwan University as they relate to academic appeals and student discipline cases, this service provides support and guidance throughout the process.
