- Service Access: See below, To access service:
- drop in for hot meals from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM
- schedule an appointment online to request a food hamper available from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM
- recommended to bring one piece of Canadian photo identification
- if the food bank is closed, please get in touch with the office in the main building
- emails are checked regularly
- food hampers twice a month with exceptions

Waiting Period: No,Hampers are based on donations, if full hampers are unavailable, the service will compensate with hot meals.
