- in-home, 1-on-1 mentorship to individuals who may have been prenatally exposed to drugs and / or alcohol
Includes:
- services designed to support clilents to build and maintain a healthy lifestyle including developing life and social skills
- direct intervention support, collaboration, and system navigation
