Provides mentorship to individuals prenatally exposed to drugs and / or alcohol.

Service provides:

  • in-home, 1-on-1 mentorship to individuals who may have been prenatally exposed to drugs and / or alcohol

Includes:

  • services designed to support clilents to build and maintain a healthy lifestyle including developing life and social skills
  • direct intervention support, collaboration, and system navigation

Affiliation: Partnered with Northwest Central Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD) Network.
Eligibility
Yes, Service targeted to:
  • individuals with a Fetal Alcohol Syndrome Disorder (FASD) diagnosis
  • or who are suspected to have had prenatal exposure to alcohol
