Provides an all-gender, low-barrier emergency shelter for anyone experiencing or fleeing abuse.

Service provides:

  • a 35-bed facility that provides services from a trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, de-colonial framework of practice

Includes:

  • case management
  • court support
  • specialized supports for children

Key Provider: case managers, client advocates, social workers
Eligibility
Yes, Service targeted to:
  • individuals, of any age or gender, and families who are fleeing abuse
  • who reside within the Sturgeon Region or St. Albert
Services will be provided to any individual or family seeking admission, regardless of their residential jurisdiction; however, priority will be given to those residing within the Sturgeon Region or St. Albert.
