- access to culturally rooted programs and services ensuring all individuals have the opportunity to learn and practice culture

- collaborations with Indigenous people, Elders, and knowledge keepers, using the principles of Circle Process, Truth and Reconciliation, Relational Accountability, and Ceremony
- programming that reflects the holistic nature of Indigenous worldviews, which considers the context and connection of children, family, and community well-being
