Counselling, Outreach, and Education Services

Service offers:

• a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for individuals of all walks of life to explore and discover their possibilities for personal growth and change
• programs to assist clients in discovering and building on skills and strengths to address their needs, to establish goals that will facilitate empowerment and well-being, and to access internal resources and maximize their full potential for healthy living

Services that may be available include:

• individual, couples, and family counselling
• group counselling
• educational presentations
• training / workshops
• personal growth groups
• individual education
• suicide intervention training
