- Offers a peer support group in a safe and non-judgmental environment where veterans, first responders, police, border services officers, nurses, correctional officers, and all frontline emergency response and hospital personnel, currently serving or retired, can talk openly about mental health.
Service provides:
- a support group where peers, often with lived experience, can provide support and referral assistance, helping towards recovery, resiliency, and growth
- a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental environment
- peer support that can help to reduce the burden of a person's recovery from trauma through reducing the stigma of treatment and access to mental health, medical, and social services
