Description
COVID-19 UPDATE: All in-person services are suspended and the office hours are reduced. Staff are available by telephone Monday to Friday, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, at 780-842-2555. Staff will continue to monitor and respond to email. Provides short-term solution-focused counselling on a variety of presenting issues.

Service provides:

  • counselling to individuals, families, and groups
  • professional counselling services to people experiencing stress or difficulties in their life
  • strategies that support healthy families
  • development of self-help groups to enhance personal awareness and mental well-being

Includes:

  • couples and marriage counselling
  • family counselling
  • loss and grief counselling
  • counselling for those with illness and their caregivers
  • referrals to other professionals
