- a program that combines traditional First Nations, Metis, and Inuit culture and spirituality with western-based best practices in the areas of addictions recovery
Includes:
- traditional smudging and sweat lodges
- classroom style education sessions
- group therapy
- Eligibility
- Yes, Service targeted to 18 years and older who:
- are physically and mentally capable of participating in treatment
- are free of alcohol and other mood altering substances for at least 72 hours prior to admission
- have dealt with legal, medical, educational, employment, child-care services, and social matters prior to entering treatment
