- Offers multi-generational mentorship and caregiving, connecting youth and older adults.
Service provides:
- multi-generational mentorship and caregiving, connecting youth with older adults
- socialization, social interactions, and mentorship for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Trans, Queer / Questioning, and more (LGBTQ+) seniors through
regularly scheduled visits - an the opportunity to develop connections that will further the ability to reach out and connect with supports that develop independence and overall wellbeing
Includes:
- 1-on-1 support - intergenerational support that targets the QTBIPOC (Queer, Trans*, Black,
Indigenous, People of Color) and transgender community - friendly visiting services - if needed, support and relief to caregivers helping them to maintain their own health
