Seniors Mentorship and Caregivers Program

Service provides:

• multi-generational mentorship and caregiving, connecting youth with older adults
• socialization, social interactions, and mentorship for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Trans, Queer / Questioning, and more (LGBTQ+) seniors through
  regularly scheduled visits
• an the opportunity to develop connections that will further the ability to reach out and connect with supports that develop independence and overall wellbeing

Includes:

• 1-on-1 support - intergenerational support that targets the QTBIPOC (Queer, Trans*, Black,
  Indigenous, People of Color) and transgender community
• friendly visiting services - if needed, support and relief to caregivers helping them to maintain their own health

• 50 years and older
• and who identify as Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Trans, Queer / Questioning, and more (LGBTQ+) 

There may be a waiting period. 

Annual Basic $20.00

Annual Voting $25.00

Corporate membership fees are based on organization size.
