  • an opportunity for students to receive support with mental health, academic, and other personal concerns that are interfering with positive life experiences

Includes:

  • individual counselling
  • peer-support program - provides students with a confidential and safe space to talk about their problems with another peer and offers referrals to campus and community services
  • web-based counselling
