Service provides:

  • free and confidential counselling to assist with a broad range of issues through face-to-face, online, or phone appointments in an individual setting
  • Calgary campus students with access to some counselling services through telecounselling and can provide students with laptop / headphones and a quiet place to talk if needed

Includes:

  • group counselling
  • wellness workshops
  • career counselling and coaching
  • free training - ASIST, Mental Health First Aid Training, safeTALK, Understanding & Responding to Sexual Violence Workshop

  • groups and workshops are posted online as they come available
  • e-mail to register for groups and workshops
  • student identification card required at Lethbridge campus
Telecounselling Consent Form required prior to first session at Calgary campus (Bow Valley College) and they can provide students with laptop / headphones and a quiet place to talk if needed. Support may be virtual only during COVID-19.
